Suppliers of Premium Wild Alaskan Salmon

Owners John Pierszalowski and his wife Barbara are Wild Alaskan Coho Fishermen and do their fishing off Kodiak Island, Alaska during the months May through August. They have their catch commercially processed in Alaska, where it is flash frozen with in hours of catching.

They sell their product at five Farmers Markets. (Templeton, SLO, Cambria, Morro Bay and Baywood Park.)

Cooking with onions and garlic

When your recipe calls for both sauted onions and garlic, saute the onions first - they take longer to soften. Then when the onions are almost softened, add the garlic.The garlic doesn't need very long to become fragrant - and you don't want to burn your garlic and turn it bitter!
